- Any fraudulent activity, such as self-referrals, will result in commission forfeiture and potential account termination.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities

- Affiliates must not engage in misleading advertising, spam, or violate any applicable laws.
- LOVION branding, logos, and product images may be used only as provided and may not be altered.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Affiliates may not use paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to bid on LOVION’s brand name or variations.
- Coupon or discount websites are not allowed in the program.
- Affiliates must not impersonate LOVION or falsely represent themselves as the brand.
5. Termination & Modifications
- LOVION reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time for violating these terms.
- Affiliates may cancel their participation by notifying LOVION in writing.
- LOVION may update these terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
- LOVION is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from affiliate participation.
- We do not guarantee continuous availability of the affiliate program.
